The PenFed Foundation is mobilizing to support the families of American soldiers rapidly deployed to Europe due to the Russian-Ukrainian conflict
TYSONS, Virginia, February 24, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — The PenFed Foundation, a national 501(c)3 organization founded by PenFed Credit Union, today announced a grant to support members of the Fort Bragg family impacted by recent rapid deployments in Europe due to the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. The grant will fund the Feb. 26 Meet Us at the Park event at Rick’s Place that will provide 450 military family members with an afternoon filled with free fun activities, music and food.

The private Meet Us at the Park event will take place Saturday February 26 at Rick’s Place, a 50-acre interactive green space 5.5 miles from Fort Bragg managed by the Rick Herrema Foundation.
